Industry sentiment for the new year remains highly positive, though it has gradually declined from the record levels seen two years ago.This year, 68% of respondents are confident in meeting their targets—down from 86% in the previous survey.
Cost inflation continues to moderate, driven largely by stabilization in labor and commodity markets. Several respondents anticipate cost increases of less than 5% over the coming year.
Project delays in 2024–2025 have eased capacity constraints, providing supply chains with much needed breathing room and helping to temper cost pressures.
